We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Retail Mortgages department. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in retail mortgages or a related field. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
