We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in retail mortgages and relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets and goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client queries and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail mortgages and relationship management. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgage loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
