We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in retail mortgages and relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business targets. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in retail mortgages or a related field. Strong knowledge of inclusive banking principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
