We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in retail mortgages and sales, with a strong background in inclusive banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from retail mortgages. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail mortgages and sales, preferably in an NBFC or bank. Strong knowledge of financial products, including home loans, personal loans, and LAP. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Location-Kumbakonam,Perambalur,Thuraiyur,Manachanallur
