Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and act as a key point of contact for their needs and concerns
Account Management: Oversee the accounts of existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services provided by the company
Proactively address any issues and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
New Business Development: Identify potential new clients and actively seek opportunities to expand the company's client base
This may involve networking, attending events, or conducting market research
Needs Analysis: Understand the unique requirements and challenges of clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
Financial Management: Monitor the financial performance of assigned accounts, set revenue targets, and ensure the achievement of sales goals and profitability
Communication and Negotiation: Effectively communicate with clients, whether through meetings, calls, emails, or presentations
Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutual benefit for both the company and the client
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive overall experience
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities or threats to the company's business
