• Identify, approach, and recruit agent partners within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive consistent insurance sales.
• Conduct field visits for agent engagement, training, and market development.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Agency/Channel sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based responsibilities. • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
