Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and team management.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Lead and manage a team of Area Sales managers and Relationship Managers.

Identify opportunities and implement strategies to grow the portfolio in the small and medium Enterprises sector.

Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment leasing needs and propose custom solutions.

Optimize team productivity and ensure achievement of team results.

Job

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of customer focus, influence, collaboration, financial acumen, risk management, speed, meritocracy, tech quotient, adaptability, integrity, resilience, and agility.

Experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

Ability to develop market intelligence capabilities to identify trends and opportunities.

Strong networking skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
