Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing of LAP Products

    in the High Ticket segment (₹50 Lacs to ₹10 Cr) in Chennai and surrounding markets.
  • Sourcing business through Channel Partners (DSAs):

  • Build and manage a strong DSA network to generate consistent LAP business.
  • Regular engagement and training of DSAs to ensure high productivity and adherence to policy.
  • End-to-End Loan Process Management:

  • Handle the lending process across all stages — inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction checks, sanction, documentation, disbursement, and post-sanction servicing.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth and quick loan processing.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Interact with HNI clients and business owners to understand their funding needs and offer suitable LAP solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through local market intelligence and competitor tracking.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to increase the LAP market share in the assigned region.
  • Collection Support & Service Delivery:

  • Support the collections team in follow-ups and ensure timely repayment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in Mortgage/LAP sales, with at least 5+ years specifically in

    High Ticket LAP (₹50 Lacs to ₹10 Cr)

  • Mandatory experience in

    DSA sourcing and management

    .
  • Industry Preference:

  • Candidates from NBFCs/Banks with a strong background in secured lending (LAP/Mortgage).
  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong DSA network in Chennai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of LAP products, credit evaluation, and risk.

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
