Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Sourcing & Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs to source LAP leads.
  • Drive monthly disbursements through active DSA engagement.
  • Conduct market visits and meet DSAs for business growth.
  • Focus on self-employed prime LAP cases

2. Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for DSAs in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong, consistent partnerships with key DSAs.

3. Credit & Documentation

  • Screen customer profiles as per credit norms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and fast TAT.
  • Ensure all DSA documentation is complete and compliant.

4. Portfolio & Risk Management

  • Source clean, low-delinquency business.
  • Monitor early delinquencies and take timely actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory norms.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Share regular MIS and market insights with management.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to internal policies and RBI regulations.
