Role & responsibilities

• Build and manage a

  health-focused agency force

• Achieve

  budgeted sales targets

  for Retail Health products.
• Identify and onboard potential prospects as

  IRDA Agents or POSPs

  .
• Provide

  handholding, ownership, and servicing

  support to advisors.
• Drive

  advisor activation and progression

  to ensure consistent performance.
• Recruit agents and generate sales through their network.
• Ensure

  retention of agents

  by formulating structured development plans.
• Address advisors

  training needs

  and maintain regular communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• raduate/Postgraduate with 26 years of experience in

  insurance sales/agency development

  .
• Proven track record in

  agent recruitment, activation, and retention

  .
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.
