quotations in OTC
for both EB and non-EB proposals.
Coordinate with
sales team and internal/external stakeholders
to maintain TAT for releasing quotes.
Support sales team in
timely issuance of endorsements and policies
.
Handle
proposal inwarding
and resolve queries for smooth policy issuance.
Liaise with
external stakeholders
to resolve queries effectively.
Publish
MIS reports
on a regular basis.
Maintain and update the
Quote Tracker
on a daily basis.
Role & responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 14 years of experience in
insurance operations/underwriting/support functions
.
Familiarity with
Employee Benefits (EB) and non-EB insurance products
preferred.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under strict timelines.
