Over all responsibilities for handling Motor TP claims including following :
Regular interaction with Advocate/Investigator for effective handling of litigation.
Drafting/Vetting of legal documents including written statement and arguments.
Regular visit to courts for depositions. Good negotiation skills
Complete adherence to internal SOP
Timely compliances of court and directions of regulatory authorities.
Sound knowledge of IT system.
