Job Purpose: We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Regulatory team. The ideal candidates should have 5-8 years of experience and will manage all regulatory and statutory compliance activities for large-scale Renewable Energy projects coming in Rajasthan & AP/KA. Role & responsibilities : The candidate will be responsible for: 1. Regulatory: Interpreting and commenting on state and central government policies, Tariff Orders, and regulatory procedures related to Solar, Wind, and Hybrid projects. 2. Approvals & Compliance: Securing all necessary statutory approvals, including: o Connectivity Approvals. o Project Registrations with State Nodal Agencies (SNAs). o Commissioning and synchronization approvals. o CEIG Plan & Charging Approvals. o Open Access Approvals. o DISCOM Approvals and execution of Wheeling Agreements. 3. Liaison: Effective coordination and processing of applications with regulatory bodies such as SNAs, CEIG, SLDC, Transco etc 4. Documentation: Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, filings, and approval files for all project stages. Required Skills & Competencies: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven problem-solving abilities in regulatory matters. • Highly motivated, positive, and capable of working independently.
