Job Description

Relationship Manager
Location:

Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane

Responsibilities:

Manage customer 360-degree lead management on the tech platform, including end-to-end lead handling generated by digital engagement, self-calling on databases, and call center activities.
Nurture all leads with the intention to culminate in closures based on the right product match for the defined area or projects, according to customer needs.
Manage the customer portfolio (i.e., all customers who have engaged with any of the projects) for deepening relationships. Ensure monthly relationship continuity to enhance Customer Lifetime Value, generate potent references, and strengthen loyalty programs.
Manage the entire lead funnel via all relevant mediums, such as voice, video, and text.
Work closely with customers to assist with online booking, resolve queries, and address financial management.
Negotiate with customers or developers for effective closure for the customers.
Work closely on assigned projects, areas, or beats to enhance online information availability on the platform and carry out online transactions.
Collaborate on payment schedules for effective realization.
