Job Description

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and advising High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) within our broking services division. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the financial markets and a proven track record in building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth. 🚀 Key Responsibilities  I. Client Acquisition & Growth  Acquire and onboard new HNI clients to expand the company’s client base in broking services. Develop and execute a strategic plan for new client acquisition through networking, referrals, and market mapping. Actively drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding targets for new business development. II. Relationship Management & Advisory  Manage and nurture deep, long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing HNI clients. Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to thoroughly understand client investment needs and financial goals. Provide expert investment advisory, recommending suitable broking products and solutions (e.g., equity, derivatives, mutual funds, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries and service needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. III. Sales & Business Development  Maximize business opportunities by effectively executing cross-selling and upselling of a diverse range of financial products and services (beyond core broking). Proactively monitor market movements and client portfolios, suggesting timely investment strategies. IV. Market Insight & Compliance  Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activity to identify new market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines (e.g., SEBI, AML) and internal company policies and procedures. V. Team Collaboration  Collaborate with internal teams such as research, operations, and product specialists to deliver a seamless, high-quality client service experience. 🌟 Qualifications & Skills  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/Professional certifications like NISM/CFA are a plus). Experience: Proven experience 2 years as a Relationship Manager, focusing on the financial/broking industry and specifically handling HNI clients. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and the broking ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Strong focus on ethics and regulatory compliance.
