Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at Fructuous Biz Solutions LLP. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing top talent to facilitating the onboarding of new hires. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting exceptional candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with hiring managers at Fructuous Biz Solutions LLP to understand their departmental staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Design and update engaging job descriptions and job postings.
Sourcing & Candidate Management:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks), resume databases, and professional networking, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Craft compelling recruiting emails and messages to engage passive candidates.
Screen resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the specified qualifications.
Maintain and update an organized database of candidate records (active and passive).
Interview & Assessment:
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/teams.
Administer and evaluate aptitude tests or other assessments as needed.
Offer & Onboarding:
Negotiate job offers, including compensation, benefits, and start dates, ensuring a fair and competitive package.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including initial communication and necessary paperwork.
Act as a point of contact for new hires during their initial period.
Relationship Management & Reporting:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and provide regular reports to the HR management team.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand for Fructuous Biz Solutions LLP.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations in India, particularly for Uttar Pradesh.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience recruiting for specific industries or roles relevant to Fructuous Biz Solutions LLP (e.g., IT consulting, business analysis, marketing, etc.).
Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
