We are hiring a Relationship Manager – B2B Sales for a premium mobile and laptop showroom, who will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and business partners. The role involves generating bulk sales leads, preparing quotations, handling negotiations, ensuring timely follow-ups, and providing customized solutions for corporate requirements related to mobile devices, laptops, tablets, and accessories. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in corporate sales in the electronics or tech retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify and approach corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, and business houses for bulk purchase deals.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers such as HR heads, Admin teams, and procurement managers.
- Regularly visit client offices to understand requirements and maintain strong rapport.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets set by management.
- Promote premium mobile devices, laptops, and corporate product bundles.
- Develop customized proposals based on client needs and budgets.
- Quotation Preparation & Negotiation
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for bulk orders.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability.
- Follow up on sent quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Follow-ups & Order Coordination
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients through calls, emails, or visits.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for stock availability, order processing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth documentation, billing, and dispatch processes for corporate orders.
- Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct research on potential B2B buyers, trending products, and competitor pricing.
- Maintain a database of corporate leads and update CRM tools regularly.
- Identify new opportunities for bulk sales, employee gifting, and corporate tie-ups.
- After-Sales Support
- Handle post-sale queries, warranty support coordination, and service-related concerns.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction to enable repeat business.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve service quality.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain complete records of quotations, negotiations, and client communication.
- Regularly update management on progress, targets, and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (electronics / IT products preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of mobiles, laptops, and accessories.
- Good knowledge of preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
