This opportunity is with Leading Financial Services and Broking Firm in Goregaon Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead as a Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and client acquisition goals. Oversee the management of client portfolios, providing guidance on financial planning, investment strategies, and market trends. Reactivate dormant client accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Execute high-value and complex transactions on the broking platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Monitor market developments, provide regular updates and recommendations to the team and clients. Resolve escalated client queries and issues promptly and professionally.
