2. Noida:

   Sector 57, 60, 62, 63, 127 and 144

3. New Delhi, Delhi:

   Jasola Vihar and Mohan Estate

Qualification:

Salary(Subject to communication skills, location, qualification and process selected for):

• Customer Support: -

1. Fresher:

   15k to 23k CTC

2. Experience:

   Up to 38k CTC

• Sales

  Representative: -

1. Fresher:

   13k to 22k CTC

2. Experience:

   Up to 37k CTC

In Customer Support - Openings are available in Domestic and International process and In Sales - It's totally domestic process.

Age Limit: - Maximum 30

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone/email/live chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints into CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure a swift resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Proactively identify customer needs and suggest new products or services to management.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships.

Sales & Business Development

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about products and services.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Effectively explain complex product features and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and contribute to overall team success.
