Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team in Amravati. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience driving sales and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Roles and Responsibility

Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loans while setting correct expectations.

Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, analyzing requirements, providing advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans.

Achieve monthly budgeted sales targets from designated regions.

Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business.

Ensure digital leads are converted to sanction and disbursement.

Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS.

Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business.

Possess a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products, and provide feedback to the central product and policy team.

Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and comply with all audit/NHB regulations.

Job

Graduate or Post Graduate degree.

Strong understanding of housing loan processes and sales strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing internal and external customer relationships.

Familiarity with audit/NHB regulations.
