Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team in Amravati. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience driving sales and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loans while setting correct expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, analyzing requirements, providing advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans.
  • Achieve monthly budgeted sales targets from designated regions.
  • Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business.
  • Ensure digital leads are converted to sanction and disbursement.
  • Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS.
  • Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business.
  • Possess a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products, and provide feedback to the central product and policy team.
  • Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and comply with all audit/NHB regulations.
  • Job
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • Strong understanding of housing loan processes and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing internal and external customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with audit/NHB regulations.
