Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing sector, and a strong background in building relationships with clients. Roles and Responsibility
Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loans while setting correct expectations.
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from tapping prospects to analyzing their requirements and negotiating commercially.
Achieve monthly budgeted sales targets from designated regions.
Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business.
Ensure digital leads are converted to sanction and disbursement.
Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS.
Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business.
Provide feedback on markets, competition, processes, and products to the central product and policy team.
Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and ensure compliance with all audit/NHB regulations.

Job
Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
Strong understanding of the housing market, competition, and processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets is an added advantage.
