Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing sector, with a strong background in relationship management and business development.
Roles and Responsibility

Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loans while setting realistic expectations.

Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting to disbursement, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.

Achieve monthly budgeted sales targets from designated regions, maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business growth and expansion.

Ensure digital leads are converted into sanction and disbursement, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Organize and track all potential leads, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business.

Provide feedback on market trends, competition, products, and processes to the central product and policy team.

Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Job

Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any field.

Strong understanding of the housing market, including sales trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in managing sales pipelines, tracking leads, and analyzing sales performance metrics.

Familiarity with audit/NHB regulations and compliance requirements.
