Role Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Executive – Crypto Tax Sales who will engage with high-volume traders, active investors, and HNIs already using KoinX.

Your primary responsibility will be to build trust-based relationships, understand their trading activity and compliance needs, and convert them into paid KoinX Tax Report plan customers through consultative selling.


This is not cold calling — you will be speaking with users who already have crypto data on KoinX.


What You’ll Do:

  • Call and engage with high-volume traders and HNI users on KoinX
  • Understand users’ trading patterns, tax exposure, and compliance concerns
  • Educate users on:
  • Crypto taxation basics
  • Importance of accurate tax reports
  • Risks of non-compliance and incorrect filing
  • Pitch and sell appropriate KoinX Tax Report plans based on user profiles
  • Build long-term relationships and become a trusted point of contact
  • Handle objections related to pricing, value, and tax misconceptions
  • Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
  • Coordinate with support and tax teams for complex user queries
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales / relationship management / inside sales
  • Strong calling experience with HNI, affluent, or high-value customers (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language is a plus)
  • Consultative mindset — able to explain complex topics in simple terms
  • Comfortable with targets, incentives, and performance-based roles
  • Interest in fintech, crypto, taxation, or personal finance (crypto experience is a plus, not mandatory)
  • High ownership, persistence, and follow-through

    - Pre-screening of profile followed by short- intro call.
  • Skills Interview (30–40 mins)

    - A deeper discussion on your outbound experience, research approach, and how you handle multi-channel outreach in crypto/Web3.
  • Founder’s Round

    - A discussion with the leadership team to understand your strategic thinking, ownership mindset, and fit for the role.
  • Cultural Round

    - Final discussion to evaluate alignment with KoinX values, communication style, and remote work fit.
