Core Responsibilities Prescription Verification & Dispensation: Accurately review and verify all prescriptions from consulting doctors (virtual or empaneled) and ensure the safe and correct dispensation of medicines as per the customer's preference and legal compliance. Inventory Control: Manage and maintain the center's medicine stock, including ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking inventory to prevent shortages, expiry, and loss. Patient Education: Provide clear and concise counseling to patients regarding the dosage, administration, potential side effects, and safe storage of their prescribed medications. Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure strict adherence to all pharmaceutical regulations, laws, and company policies, maintaining meticulous records of all dispensed medications and controlled substances. II. Clinic Support & Patient Onboarding Initial Patient Triage: Conduct customer registration, onboarding, and accurately perform and record vital measurements (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels) to prepare the patient for consultation. Consultation Scheduling: Assist patients in utilizing the symptom checker analysis and facilitate the scheduling of quick and specialist consultations with empaneled doctors via the platform. Referral Management: Efficiently book and refer patients to partner diagnostic facilities or hospitals for specialized testing and treatments as per prescription. III. Billing, Revenue, and Financial Settlement Service Booking & Collection: Ensure all requested services (medication, consultation, basic diagnostics) are accurately booked on the digital platform only after collecting the payment from the patient in the prescribed form. Pricing Integrity: Strictly adhere to company policy, ensuring the center does not charge any additional money from the patient beyond what is recorded in the official platform. Daily Reconciliation: Complete the financial reconciliation and ensure the total collected amount is deposited into CureBay's designated account at the end of every business day. IV. Center Upkeep and Maintenance Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the satellite center, particularly the medicine storage area, adhering to strict medical and pharmaceutical standards. Equipment Care: Be responsible for the proper handling and maintenance of all clinic and pharmacy equipment (IT infrastructure, diagnostic tools, fixtures, etc.).
