Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage training programs for Bancassurance, Banca sales, and corporate clients across multiple locations.
  • Develop and deliver insurance training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills of bank employees.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluation metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop learning materials and content for various channels (bancassurance, banca).
  • Design and implement e-learning modules on bancassurance products to reach a wider audience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training in the Insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of Bancassurance business model and its applications in banking channels.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective insurance training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently.
