Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Execution:
Manage empaneled trainers and deliver training plans across induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates. Create training calendars and dashboards; ensure logistics and SME availability.
Activation Targets:
Drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals (first successful cross-sell within defined time). Take corrective actions to close performance gaps.
Team Capability Building:
Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
Governance & Feedback:
Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.
