Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Training Manager, located in Vijayawada.
• The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees.
• Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, reporting on outcomes, and continuously refining training methods and materials.
• The role involves collaboration with regional leaders to identify training needs and ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
• The role involves travelling to branches and training the front line employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training and Development
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Regional Leadership and Teams
• Proficiency in Digital Training Tools and Methods
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
