Role & Responsibilities

1. The candidate will be a part of Cross-Sell Analytics & Data Science vertical working on building organization wide cross-sell programs across financial products
2. They would work closely with various internal & external stakeholders to design Cross-Sell programs & GTM strategies
3. They should demonstrate delivery both Business Analytics & Statistical Modelling solutions
4. They should be able to articulate & present analytical solutions to senior management
5. They should have a basic understanding of data engineering process, ETL, automations, & working on Cloud Data Platforms would be an added advantage
6. They should manage expectations with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
7. They should be highly energetic & solution-oriented with a positive attitude towards solving any business problem
8. They would be expected to guide and mentor a team of junior data analysts & scientists to deliver quality projects on a timely manner
