Decision Scientist

You have 6-8 years of work experience and prefer working in the financial services domain, although other domains can also be considered. Your skills include expertise in product cross-sell strategy, project management, stakeholder management, risk analytics, and AI/ML predictive modeling. You are proficient in SQL, Python, PySpark, and have experience working on Cloud platforms like GCP/AWS/Azure. As a part of the Cross-Sell Analytics & Data Science vertical, you will be responsible for developing organization-wide cross-sell programs across financial products. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design cross-sell programs and go-to-market strategies. You are expected to deliver both Business Analytics and Statistical Modeling solutions and effectively communicate and present analytical solutions to senior management. Having a basic understanding of the data engineering process, ETL, automations, and experience working on Cloud Data Platforms would be beneficial. Managing stakeholder expectations to ensure timely project delivery is crucial. You are characterized by high energy, a solution-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude towards problem-solving. Additionally, you will be guiding and mentoring a team of junior data analysts and scientists to deliver quality projects in a timely manner.,
