Decision Scientist

As a Decision Scientist at True Credits, your role is to partner with product managers, business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to generate data-driven insights that inform product and business decisions. You will be instrumental in understanding user behavior, measuring feature performance, and optimizing the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical problems. - Analyze user behavior across the product lifecycle (acquisition, KYC, activation, engagement, retention) to drive improvements and reduce friction. - Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to provide insights for product decisions. - Build dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and share findings with stakeholders. - Translate business and product questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations. - Work closely with data engineering and platform teams to ensure data accuracy and availability. - Uphold high standards of data integrity and support audit or compliance requests. - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, business-oriented manner. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights. - Proficient in SQL; experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus. - Track record of designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and other forms of experimentation. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. - Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights. - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience with machine learning is preferred.
