Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Regional Trade Marketing Manager- ROI. The role involves developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to drive retail success. The manager will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design regional business plans, analyze market performance, and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales promotion activities, managing trade partnerships, and presenting data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Business Planning processes to develop and manage strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in Trade Marketing and driving successful marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.
• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, performance evaluation, and trend analysis.
• Proven track record in Sales and developing sustainable client and trade relations.
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
