Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets through effective customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business development, improve market share, and increase revenue in the assigned region.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted sales plans and forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth through innovative strategies and tactics.
