Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets through effective customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services. Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business development, improve market share, and increase revenue in the assigned region. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted sales plans and forecasts. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline; MBA preferred. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth through innovative strategies and tactics.
