Committed to driving sustainable mobility solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager with a solid track record in 2 wheeler E- automobile industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the perception of our company on the global stage and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Regional Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for Tamil Nadu and Kerala, aligning with the companys sales strategy and growth targets across. Translate company objectives into region-specific action plans to drive market share, revenue growth, and dealership performance.

Closely monitor sales trends and proactively adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Sales Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports on sales metrics, team performance, and regional progress. Monitor and manage regional sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources to drive returns.

Maintain clear communication with the national sales head and senior leadership, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and solutions.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Continuously gather insights on customer preferences, competitor products, pricing, dealer activities, and promotional strategies. Share timely and actionable intelligence with product, marketing, and strategy teams to shape product offerings and go-to-market plans.

Monitor local government policies, EV incentives, and infrastructure developments that can impact regional business performance.

Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, including Area Sales Managers and field executives. Set clear KPIs and targets for team members, provide regular performance feedback, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular field visits with team members to ensure effective ground-level execution and dealer engagement.

Brand Building & Customer Experience: Champion the SVM brand in the region by ensuring all customer touchpoints – showrooms, service centers, test rides, events – reflect the brand's mission and values.

Ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience across all dealerships and service outlets. Work closely with the marketing team to drive localized campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

After-Sales Support & Service Integration: Collaborate with service teams to ensure a seamless after-sales experience, including service readiness at dealer points and customer issue resolution.

Monitor service quality and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance satisfaction and retention.

Retail Network Development & Management: Identify high-potential markets and strategically refer new dealers and sub-dealers to our dealer development team to strengthen SVM’s retail presence.

Guide and support existing and new dealers with business planning, inventory management, local marketing activities, and lead generation initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance: Work cross-functionally with internal teams – marketing, product, finance, service – to drive alignment and execution excellence.

Ensure all regional operations adhere to SVM’s compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and company policies.
