Job Description

Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion:

Engage proactively with potential customers through both inbound and outbound calls to assess their needs, answer inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

Identify customer pain points, recommend appropriate solutions, and emphasize the unique features and benefits of products or services to address those needs.

Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to overcome customer objections and close sales.

Effective Communication:

Utilising advanced communication techniques (active listening, empathy, clear articulation) to build rapport and trust with customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Tailor sales pitches and presentations to different customer profiles, addressing specific concerns while highlighting key value propositions.

CRM Management & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, inquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up to drive lead nurturing and long-term relationship building.

Ensure the team adheres to CRM best practices and leverages the system for maximum efficiency.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:

Monitor key sales metrics and analyze conversion data to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies, improve sales pitch effectiveness, and maximize conversion rates.

Regularly review team performance against set goals and KPIs, offering constructive feedback and coaching where necessary.

Collaboration with Marketing:

Partner with the marketing team to refine and optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns, ensuring the alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

Provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality, customer behavior, and market trends to help refine outreach and targeting strategies.

Help increase conversion rates by contributing to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral that resonate with the target audience.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with SVMs overall mission, vision, and market objectives.

Ensure that all sales initiatives are in line with the companys goals, values, and brand messaging.

Continually assess market conditions and competitor offerings to adjust sales approaches and stay ahead of industry trends.

Team Leadership & Motivation:

Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing tele sales team to consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the sales team by promoting continuous learning, collaboration, and motivation.

Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing training to ensure the teams growth and success.

Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring post-sale support as needed.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing them with solutions that genuinely meet their needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a tele sales or inside sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in automobile industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,ERP - Odoo) to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to drive business results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging sales situations with professionalism.
