They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing team performance, and ensuring operational objectives are met within their region. Role & responsibilities : 1. Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with national objectives, including sales forecasts, budgets, and quotas. 2. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Area Sales Managers and sales representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation. 3. Oversee sales activities, track performance, and take corrective action when needed. 4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders within the region. 5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adapt strategies 6. Track and analyze sales data, report on performance, and identify areas for improvement. 7. Oversee the appointment and development of distributors to ensure optimal product reach. 8. Execute promotional programs and strategies to drive sales and build brand awareness.
