Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    regional sales strategies

    aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a

    regional sales team

    to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive

    new customer acquisition

    while ensuring successful adoption and retention of existing clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with

    key accounts

    , ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing churn.
  • Collaborate with

    to set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Conduct

    regular performance reviews

Requirements

  • 6–7 years of experience

    as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree

    in a relevant discipline;

    MBA in Sales & Marketing

    preferred.
  • Proven track record of

    meeting or exceeding sales targets

    in regional or multi-location setups.
  • Experience in

    managing teams of 10–15 members

    , including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of

    sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI-based performance tracking

    .
  • Ability to analyze

    market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

    to support informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools and sales performance dashboards

    .
  • Excellent

    interpersonal skills

    with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively within South India
