Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Direct and Agency Channels in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in life insurance sales through direct and agency channels, with 2+ years of team handling experience.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business, manage high-performing teams, and contribute to regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through Direct channels

Lead, manage & motivate a team of sales professionals

Achieve business targets for the region

Implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder

Expand market reach and identify new business opportunities

Conduct training & development sessions for the team

Requirements:

Age: Up to 38 years

Bachelors degree or higher

Experience:

4+ years in Life Insurance (Direct channels)

2+ years of Team Handling experience in the same domain

Strong understanding of regional market dynamics (Mumbai & nearby)

Excellent communication, leadership & people management skills
