Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and regular reporting on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications

Experience in sales strategies, client management, and business development
Strong understanding of payment solutions and financial products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Market research and analytical skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus
