Regional Sales Manager Hyderabad

, you will spearhead Routematic s expansion in one of India s fastest-growing tech and business hubs. You ll be responsible for driving B2B sales, nurturing relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new opportunities in the Hyderabad market. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills to establish Routematic as the preferred employee transportation partner for leading enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales operations and business development for the Hyderabad region.
Formulate and implement regional strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Build long-term client partnerships through consultative selling and superior service delivery.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities within the IT/ITES and manufacturing sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Analyze regional sales performance and recommend improvements.
