The role involves using CRM tools, running WhatsApp campaigns, resolving customer issues, and maintaining long-term relationships. The individual should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle feedback with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer interactions through CRM tools like Zoho, Gupshup, and similar platforms. - Design and execute WhatsApp/SMS/email campaigns for engagement and retention. - Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively via calls, chat, and social platforms. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and processes. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications. - Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve issues. - Educate customers about product features and benefits to improve adoption. - Proactively identify churn risks and take measures to retain customers. - Support onboarding and training of new users where required. Sales Executive (Female) Job Description The Sales Executive will represent the brand at experience centers located in malls, gardens, airports, and other high-footfall areas. She will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, demonstrating the device in real-time, checking blood pressure, and explaining the science behind the product in a simple, relatable manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence in public interactions, and the ability to convert interest into sales. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and engage with visitors at experience centers. - Conduct live demonstrations of the device, including real-time BP checks. - Educate customers about the product’s science, health benefits, and usability. - Convert inquiries into successful sales through persuasive communication. - Maintain a clean and professional setup at experience kiosks. - Collect and document customer feedback, insights, and objections. - Ensure daily/weekly reporting of leads, demos conducted, and sales achieved. - Build strong relationships with customers to encourage word-of-mouth promotion. - Collaborate with marketing teams for on-ground activation support. - Stay updated with product knowledge to answer all customer queries effectively.
