You will be joining a leading HiFi AV solutions provider that specializes in custom-built home theaters, whole-house audio, automation, and room acoustics. As a Sales Manager, your role will involve: - Building, developing, and managing a team of sales professionals. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. - Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. - Collaborating with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Traveling within Kerala for client meetings, business development, and team management. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Education: Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience with proven team-handling skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under targets and drive business growth. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
