Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding client requirements, presenting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the technical team. This role is located in Kochi, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer service, and achieving targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge of home cinema systems, acoustics, and AV equipment
Ability to understand and match client requirements with suitable solutions
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in a hybrid role with partial remote work
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
