Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Product Specialist to lead product sales in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling company products, building customer relationships, managing regional sales operations, and providing product expertise and demonstrations to clients. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of company products within the assigned region to meet and exceed sales targets Serve as a product specialist, providing in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical support during the sales process Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives Build and nurture relationships with key clients, channel partners, distributors, and stakeholders Stay updated on product features, updates, and market trends to effectively position products in the market Prepare and present product presentations, competitive analysis, and proposals to clients Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams for lead generation and client servicing Regularly track, analyze, and report sales performance and market insights to management Manage payment collections and ensure timely order fulfillment Train and guide regional sales team members (if applicable) on product knowledge and sales techniques Travel extensively within the assigned region for client visits, product demos, and business development activities Requirements: 4-8 years of proven experience in product sales and regional sales management Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex product features in simple, customer-friendly terms Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience in B2B/B2C product sales, depending on your product type Ability to strategize, plan, and independently drive sales activities in the assigned region Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools Willingness to travel extensively within the region Preferred Industry Background: [IT Products / SaaS / FMCG / Industrial Equipment / Healthcare / Any other relevant industry] Show more Show less
