Regional Sales Manager

• Identify, evaluate, and execute buy-side investment opportunities across unlisted/pre-IPO, private equity, and alternative investment products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and negotiations.
• Achieve revenue targets through direct sales and client acquisition.
• Present investment strategies and opportunities to clients with strong financial reasoning.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare investment notes for internal and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution but remain primarily an IC (Individual Contributor) role.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal investment policies.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in the financial services industry (buy-side, wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or asset management).
• Strong track record in

  client acquisition and sales

  in financial products.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuations, deal structuring, and investment analysis.
• Proven ability to independently source and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• CFA/MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
