Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities. The Regional Sales Manager will also oversee a team of sales representatives and ensure continuous growth in sales revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and developing effective sales strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Experience in the healthcare equipment industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
