Job Brief/Objective

  • Expand Coverage Area
  • To Train and guide the team for achieving targets
  • To accelerate the growth of sales.
  • To drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the company.
  • Responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships.

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and market conditions.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Directs and monitors all supervisory personnel functions and completes formal performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.
  • Plans dealership operations for the coming year and submits them to the dealer for approval.
  • Meets with the comptroller/office manager monthly to review departmental forecasts for consistency with the annual forecast.
  • Meets with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
  • Ensures that the monthly financial statement is complete, accurate, and submitted on time to the factory.
  • Develops and maintains a good working relationship

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong Domain knowledge
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge and experience related to the organization's products or services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
