Position: Senior Sales / Regional Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic, result-driven professional ready to take charge of business growth? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition and business development efforts in the Pune region.


If you have a strong background in corporate transportation or employee mobility services, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships, this role is for you!


What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business opportunities in the corporate transport sector.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.

• Prepare customized proposals and commercials.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor insights.

• Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.

• Represent our brand at key client meetings and industry events.


What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or facility management sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.

• A self-motivated professional who thrives under minimal supervision.
