Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance across assigned regions (West) to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including distributor handling and primary & secondary sales growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue expansion through effective channel management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 16-22 years of experience in FMCG Sales with expertise in General Trade Sales, Primary And Secondary Sales, Team Handling, Distributor Handling.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective channel management.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian FMCG industry with knowledge of local markets and consumer behavior.
