As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind market penetration and revenue growth. Your core responsibilities include:

• Strategic Growth:

  Achieve ambitious volume and value targets and lead the expansion of our dealer/distributor network and customer base.

• Team Leadership:

  Mentor, coach, and motivate the regional sales team, playing a key role in manpower planning, recruitment, and performance management.

• Market Mastery:

  Implement robust strategies for area coverage and brand promotion/registration across various industries.

• Financial Discipline:

  Ensure stringent control over outstanding payments and manage timely collections.

• Conflict Resolution:

  Act as the primary escalation point to effectively resolve grievances for Distributors, Dealers, and Direct Customers.

• Policy & Intelligence:

  Ensure 100% adherence to corporate policies and assimilate critical marketing intelligence for competitive advantage.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience:

  Minimum

  15+ Years

  of proven sales and leadership experience

  MANDATORY

  in the Construction Chemical Industry.

• Education:

  Any Graduate / B.E. / MBA.
